How we handle the personal information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Agarwood Eco Capital Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Registration No. 3220814), of Unit 03, 8/F, Greenfield Tower, Concordia Plaza, No. 1 Science Museum Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
Apart from the technical information described below, we only collect personal information that you choose to send us. The message form on our Contact page does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with your name, email address, country, topic and message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send that email. We receive what you send, just as with any other email to info@agarwoodecocapital.co.uk.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store information in your browser. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third parties.
Like any website, the service that hosts this site (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.
We rely on your request to reply to you, and on our legitimate interest in running our business and answering enquiries.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with people inside our company who need it to answer your enquiry, with our email and hosting providers so they can provide their services, or where the law requires us to. Because we are a Hong Kong company with operations in Thailand, your information may be handled in Hong Kong and Thailand.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep proper business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do this, email info@agarwoodecocapital.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
